1. Discover
  • Exploratory meetings with clients to identify business goals and expectations, creative and technical requirements
  • Conduct site and content audit
  • Communication Plan: how our teams will work together
2. Define
  • Produce Business Requirements, detailed Project Plan and Creative Brief
  • Define technology infrastructure and recommended solutions applications
  • Begin Functional Specifications
  • Create Information Architecture (IA) and Wireframes in preparation for Design


3. Design
  • Create User Interface Design using client branding guidelines, new IA and wireframes
  • Incorporate best practices for usability and conversion
  • Present Homepage Design with alternatives and level 1 page
4. Develop
  • Program for empowerment, ease of use and maintenance
  • Build all Site Functionality in IMA development environment
  • Implement classes and methods (Inspect code, Unit Test)
  • Include best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 
  • Quality Assurance
5. Deploy
  • User Acceptance Testing by client and final sign off
  • Deploy site into Production environment
  • Provide documentation and user training
  • Set up and test analytic reports 
6. Debrief
  • Ongoing maintenance support
  • Quarterly progress meetings with strategic team
  • Recommend site enhancements from analytic intelligence
  • Monitor SEO effectiveness
