The IMA executive team:


Sally Muscarella, President

Sally is a former senior corporate executive with product management, marketing, operations and business development experience. Sally specializes in strategy development for profitable business growth and operations planning for productivity improvement. As co-owner of IMA, Sally assumed the position of President in June, 2009.


Sally’s corporate experience includes 24 years with AT&T, IBM and a regional bank in Boston. At AT&T, Sally’s positions included: Access Planning Vice President, Product Management Vice President and Customer Operations Director. She has additional experience in consulting and has served in a board leadership position in the non-profit sector. Sally has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Simmons College in Boston.


Anthony Zarro, Vice President, Business Development

Anthony has been assisting clients with their digital marketing initiatives since the late 90s. Playing the role of Digital Marketing Consultant, Anthony has focused on developing and delivering interactive marketing solutions in an agency capacity for clients such as Sony, Intuit, Prudential, Foxwoods, Fidelity, Dunn & Bradstreet, Consumer Reports and other Fortune 500 companies. His most notable roles were with DigitalGrit and iCrossing, where he directed Business Development.

Acting as a trusted business adviser for clients, Anthony has worked diligently to diagnose and solve the business challenges that organizations possess with their online marketing strategy. He has very specific expertise in advanced search engine marketing, natural search optimization, social media marketing, display advertising and Web site design & development. In addition, Anthony’s technology experience has been instrumental in helping clients leverage the power of technology to impact business results. During his tenure at DigitalGrit, Anthony played a significant role in the development of their proprietary tracking, reporting and bid management for search engine marketing programs.

Anthony is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and has a BA in Marketing. 


Michelle Cameron, Vice President and Creative Director

Michelle has been a senior member of the IMA team for nearly a decade. She has led the creative effort on most of IMA’s award winning projects. A published author, Michelle is also a skilled editor who has been involved in print-to-online content efforts since the early days of the online arena.


Michelle came to IMA from Logical Design Solutions, where she was Director of Design Services, overseeing the activities of content, graphics, usability, and Web production groups. She was a senior technical editor at Baynan Systems, and worked in editorial positions at Radcliffe College. She served as creative producer, editor, and writer for a wide variety of corporate clients, including AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Aetna US Healthcare, KPMG, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson.

 

Brian McGovern, Director of Development

Brian takes the lead on engineering and programming IMA applications. Brian is a software engineer with more than 14 years of experience. He directs the programming and implementation of eCommerce and Service Oriented Software for IMA clients such as New York City Ballet, Myron, Boston Ballet, Eli Zabar, and Dance Factory Outlet. In leading the software integration efforts for New York City Ballet, as well as Boston Ballet, he has gained valuable experience in box office management and CRM platform, Tessitura.


Brian is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and spent most of the previous eight years working for Logical Design Solutions. At LDS he was responsible for writing and designing enterprise self service portals written for varied platforms including BEA, and SAP using various languages JAVA, ASP.NET, PHP, PERL, SQL, ASP, HTML, JavaScript and XML for clients such as R.R. Donnelley, GlaxoSmithKline, Schering Plough, Lucent Technologies, Philip Morris, Verizon, Salomon Smith Barney, AT&T and M&M Mars.

 

Geri Ricciani, Director of Project Management

Geri joined IMA in 2008. She is responsible for improving the overall effectiveness of IMA’s project processes and operations. Geri brings more than 15 years experience in the IT Services industry managing projects for Fortune 1000 clients. Her client experience includes Qiagen (formally Digene - a molecular diagnostics company), Cephalon, Diageo, Consumer Reports, ADP, GE and Lucent among others. Prior to IMA, Geri held the position of Senior Project Manager at Zeta Interactive (formally DigitalGrit) focusing the last three years on Interactive marketing solutions. She managed Tier 1 clients by integrating full service offerings with Web development and multivariate testing into a cohesive online marketing strategy of Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Outreach and Online Advertising.
